Recently, I started making a scrapbook. I serve it as a past time and a thing I always wanted to make. I wanted to make an output, a hard copy of my mind-captured moments in life. Writing through diaries and jotting down quotes where my habits when I was younger, though these things never last.
The following process were done though the scrapbook I made is still unfinished:
- Buy a book for scrap booking
- Buy some stuffs life for designs in your scrapbook
- Develop pictures according to the theme you decide
Buy those and buy these are of expenses that you must incurred. But alternative thing to do is to make use of things that are present around you, and if you really insist to make a princess-like output, you need to give off a little. The point is, what ever the cost of your item, the content should be self-satisfying and worth making for. Scrapbooking is not "scrap" at all, it contains the memories and treasure you surely wouldn't like forget.
The next time I would make another scrapbook of another theme, I wanted it to be an antique someday. I wanted it to last and I always have this dream, that someday I would have this library, full of my favorite books and a lot of scrapbooks I made. Then a soliloquy of myself,"the most ever famous, with a sobriquet of A guru of scrapbook making". A persona that I always looking up for.
Memories are the most precious valuable you would brought with you when ever pass through this life. Make use of it and propagate it, share it and teach other people through it. Scrapbooking is a one way of lending a part of yourself to others. It is everything, it was never a scrap.
